Research On Chinese Enterprise Cluster Growth And Its Early-warning System

Ever since the 1970s, the rapid and continuous growth in China draws a lot of attention. The theoretical research includes External Economy, Industrial Agglomeration, Growth Pole, New Economics of Competition, Knowledge Spillover, Collective Efficiency etc. While in the practical perspective, researchers have paid a lot of attention to the research of clusters and competitive advantage, clusters and knowledge innovation, cluster growth barriers and the related policy recommendations.Based on these classical researches, this paper combined enterprise cluster, enterprise growth and enterprise early-warning together, and the paper managed to get the essence of cluster through summarizing and analyzing the enterprise cluster theories.On the ground of the analysis of the present condition of enterprise clusters in China, and the relationship of enterprise cluster and enterprise growth, the paper pointed out that enterprise growth in the form of clusters represents the trend of enterprise growth. The theoretical and practical value of this paper is that, it constructed the cluster growth early-warning system, and put forward the countering measures of the possible problems, so that enterprise clusters can improve its anti-crisis ability, avoid the development trap, and make sustainable development possible. Also in this paper, the author did some research on some problems that need to pay more attention to, they are the problem of trade barriers, the problem of anti-dumping and the problem of clusters'lacking of distinguishing features.The innovation in this paper includes the cluster growth early-warning system, the use of Hall for Workshop of Meta-synthetic Engineering (HWME) from qualitative to quantitative, and the research on"Greater cluster", that is"cluster of cluster".
