A Research On The Early Warning Management Of Sustainable Enterprise Growth

This research takes the sustainable enterprise growth as the subject to investigate and solve the common unsustainable growth phenomenon of many enterprises.Today, products,technology and knowledge innovate rapidly.Therefore,sustainable growth has become an important problem which influences the stability and development of the economy.The research of early warning of the sustainable enterprise growth is the urgent desire of many Chinese enterprises.The worldwide financial crisis warns that enterprises should fortify the risk consciousness,and improve the capability to diagnose the enterprise growth,so that enterprises could set effective management tactic.The early warning of sustainable enterprise growth could prevent error experience but help enterprises to well prepared for the possible danger and create innovation in advance,then avoid unwitting threats and failure.The research comprehensively adopts the theories of sustainable growth,risk management and early warning management to systematically explore the theory and practice of the early warning of enterprise growth.The research is constituted by three core parts.Firstly,it discusses relevant theories of sustainable enterprise growth, including the internal mechanism and characteristic of sustainable enterprise growth, the ingredient factor and value form of sustainable enterprise growth.Secondly,it explores the qualitative early warning of sustainable enterprise growth,and points out that the restraining force is the substantial reason of the unsustainable growth.Further, it analyzes the specific expression of internal dissonance in the company and how enterprises could not adapt to the external environment.Thirdly,on the above qualitative analysis,it establishes the early warning index system of sustainable enterprise growth with 4 hierarchies,3 sub-systems and 37 indicators.It also points out the radar chart analysis method to manage the early warning of sustainable enterprise growth.This research could help enterprises to seize the sticking point of the enterprises through the systematical thinking of sustainable enterprise growth,and establish well-targeted policies to prevent future danger and realize the sustainable growth.
