"The eleventh five-year plan" period is crucial for the development of China's Civil Aviation industry. As the establishment of three big groups and the localization of airport management, China's Civil Aviation reform has come into a new phase of development and set a higher standard for airport management.Fuzhou airport is one of 133 civil airports in China, which has gone through much bitterness during its development. If Fuzhou airport can increase its competitive power and get out of the predicament in a short period, it will be a model in the whole industry.Based on a full analysis of the cause of deficit and loss of Fuzhou Changle International Airport, this article aims to explore the competition strategy formulation and implementation of Fuzhou International Airport Co., Ltd, from perspectives of strategy management, operation management, value chain and marketing study. It consists of five parts:Chapter One: Introduce the airport industry development, analyze the characteristic and tendency of the domestic and foreign airport industry.Chapter Two: Briefly introduce the history of Fuzhou International Airport Co., Ltd, analyze the cause of deficit and loss of Fuzhou Changle International Airport and sum up five major questions that it faces.Chapter Three: Using Porter's theory of five-power model, comprehensively analyze the competition environment of Fuzhou International Airport Co., Ltd.Chapter Four:Using SWOT method, summarize the opportunity and competition that Fuzhou International Airport Co., Ltd faces, as well as its advantage and disadvantage. Based on the above analysis, clearly define the present competition strategy most suitable for Fuzhou International Airport Co., Ltd.Chapter Five: Implementation of the competition strategy. Focus on cost control management and airport marketing.
