In this paper, after study of the operating loss for the Fuzhou airport to conduct in-depth analysis of the reasons, based on the combination of Fuzhou Airport facing various internal and external challenges, the use of strategic management theory of knowledge, competitive strategy on the Fuzhou airport and corporate development strategy is more in depth analysis, research and explore . Study concluded that the implementation of Fuzhou Airport to choose low-cost competitive strategy is necessary ,and also is realistic. Fuzhou airport development strategy for the company identified as "Doing fine main industry (airline business) , and secondary industry (non-airline business) being bigger" is also relatively reasonable.
