Global companies are leveraging overseas expatriation to realize their goals of obtaining optimal human resources allocation, culture integration and balanced growth worldwide. While implementing the strategy, how to identify and attract those suitable candidates; how the expat managers and their family could effectively deal with the significant culture difference challenges, has become vital towards a successful expatriation, as well as organization business performance.The case study elaborates on the management challenges of company G, a business process outsourcing pioneer, faces when sending technical professionals and middle management staff from its head quarter in India to Dalian operation center.
