In the age of globalization, the cross-culture communications plays a very important role in the MNCs. It's really meaningful that how to make a good cross-culture communication and how to keep the good cross-culture communications as the basis of the success of MNCs. After the research of H&M, I tried to discuss H&M's model of cross-culture communications on the basis of cross-culture management theories, including the advantages and disadvantages of this model. Then I did some analysis on the limitation and future development of cross-culture communications. |
