The Research Based On Moral Hazard And Its Countmeasures In Cooperative Innovation

The cooperative innovation is a kind of business based on technique, which needs sensitive knowledge and information sharing. Usually members in cooperative organization have competitive relationship. Because of the information dissymmetry and benefits assigned not reasonably etc, members pay more attention to self-interest, but neglect the whole and long-term benefits of the cooperative organization, which results in unnecessary loss which namely cooperative innovation organization exists moral hazard. This paper tried to use Game theory, Principle-agent theory and mathematics programming to set up model, which based the flow" concept foundationâ†'theories analysisâ†'mathematics model's setting upâ†'conclusion", to explain the theory of the moral risk's coming up in cooperative innovation organization and to set up the frame of its theory.Based on the moral hazard concept, this paper analyzed the reason of moral risk's coming up within cooperative innovation from three aspects: self-characteristic, macroscopic level and microscopic level, and thinks that some characteristic of Human being and the limitation of social system were main reasons. Then, the paper designed system based on the content above. First, the paper made a all-sided discuss on cooperative fellows'choosing; Second, the paper designed the static and the dynamic model in cooperative innovation based on fellows'dissymmetry information and had a research on resources distribution of different activities within cooperative innovation. At last the paper made a conclusion, summarized creative point, and viewed the further problem needed to research.
