Currently, Retailer and supplier relation tension our domestic traditional Chinese retails' market in absence of a scientific continuable system of retail trade. Without the existence of such system, some Retailer and supplier incline to achieve short-term goals at the cost of sustainable development. Therefore, one Retailer and supplier relation Chinese retail trade continuable system must be implemented to protect customer against potential harms and to prevent our country's retail trade industry from being jeopardizedThis continuable system is risk management system containing procedures regarding evaluate; select; negotiation; cooperate of Chinese retail trades. With modern information technology, such system digitizes the information of each supplier and product for future reference. In case of emergencies such as any unexpected compromise customer benefit reaction occurs after intakes of certain supplier and product, Retailer can track down the source of the supplier and product's information in the system and take immediate relevant actions to prevent further damages.This thesis tries to provide detailed explanation of traditional Chinese Retailer and supplier continuable and its constitution from evaluation to Selection; negotiation; cooperate with systematic analysis approach, the author expects this thesis to be informative material in the field of supplier and product continuable. However, it has to be pointed out that further research into cost management and profit analysis is needed to make the Retailer and supplier continuable system more perfect.To conclude, the retail trade Chinese supplier and Retailer continuable system is of great assistance either to cope with retail trades problem or to reduce damages when any someone benefit reaction occurs.
