The Study Of Strategy Of Chinese Enterprises' Foreign Direct Investment

Under the new situations of Chinese entering WTO and the trend of economical internationalization, for further developing Chinese economy and improving its comprehensive national powers and its international competitive ability by utilizing well both domestic and foreign markets and resources, it is a strategic task for China to develop foreign direct investments (FDI).This literary mainly uses the theoretic research method to study the strategy of Chinese enterprises'foreign direct investment.The main content of this literary is conducting a systematic review on the precede theories of direct international investment followed by relevant evaluations and comments and then pointing out their significance in guideing chinese erterprises in investing abroad;making an analysis on current market situation and points out the problems existing in chinese direct fireign investment at present and the possbility of foreign direct investment of China then making a conclusion ;analysizing how to chose the strategy and analysizing the Chinese enterprises'faculty of competing with foreign counterpart at present.
