The free-rider behaviour in team means the shirking action which is took by the individual in team because of his individual rationality. Due to the free-rider problem, the team fall into prisoners'dilemma, and the efficiency of team is too low to attain high synergy effect. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of team, we must restrain the selfish behaviour of the team members and spur them to work hard. If they reach the cooperation, the free-rider problem is resolved. In this paper, we analyze the the free-rider problem in team by applying game theory and using the methodology of modelization of the Agent-Principal theory in information economics. And we want to solve the problem. But according to the previous invesitgation, the moral hazard in manager makes it not be resolved by means of the design of incentive mechanism.Based on the previous investigation, we find a new approach which resorts to repeated game theory when the long relationship among team members exists. And we explore the probability of the voluntary cooperation in team which comes from in consideration of long benefits of team members. When the team exists long, the relationship among team members is repeated. Then, we draw a conclusion that the team members can reach to cooperation since they are in repeated game. But since the expectations among team members are unstable, the cooperation can not be reached inevitably. In order to obtain the efficient stable coopration, we must coordinate the expectations among team members and make them have a common belief. As we know, social norm can stabilize the expectations and make a common belief. We emphasize on the social norms which can motivate team's cooperation and analyze their mechanisms. Finally, combinating the reality of team, we draw a conclusion about the manager, that is, it is the focal task of the manager that incentiving the team members to reach the cooperation. The logic is as follow: the manager can coordinate and stabilize the expectations among team members, which impels some members to cooperate the...
