The Study On The Four-dimensional Model And Theorems Of Conducting Of Risks

Because of the limitation of internal and external factors, there is uncertainty in the corporation. So every corporation must take risks in drastic competition. Because of the relativity of the economic system, there is universality of risks of conducting. Any risk is venture risk in the first phase. During the management of venture risks, if the management is succeed, the income will be available; if the management is defeated, then risks will become crisis.During the study of conducting of enterprise risks in microcosmic, it has been found that all enterprise risks are conducted in three courses. Meanwhile these risks develop with the time going. So the four-dimensional-conducting-model of risks has been brought forward. Moreover, a principle of the conducting of risks has been discovered. The membrane of conducting of enterprise risks is the interface among three non-time dimensions, through which risks be triggered among those non-time dimensions. The interface is a bridge though which risks are triggered. And the bridge has a special characteristic, it is that except for risks nothing can conduct though it. Just like a membrane in biology, we call it the membrane of conducting of enterprise risks. As for the studying of these membranes, there are four basic theorems of conducting of risks.The first theorem of conducting of risks: Enterprise risks are conducted in bi-direction via these membranes. The second theorem of conducting of risks: These membranes would magnify or shrunken the risk, if it is conducted via them. The third theorem of conducting of risks: The interior quality of these membranes influences the ability of risks being triggered among these three non-time dimensions. The fourth theorem of conducting of risks: The exterior quality of these membranes influences the velocity of conducting of risks in these non-time dimensions.In this thesis, a principle of the conducting of risks and four basic theorems of conducting of risks are presented, and many items are defined. Using the four-dimensional-conducting-model of risks, a wider flat of operation for the management of risks is provided. To control the conducting of risks, we must pay more attention to these membranes of conducting of risks. Only if can we control the four dimensions of conducting of risks effectively, and only if can we optimize these membranes of conducting of risks effectively, the management of risks would be a great success.
