The Research On The Financing Policy Of China's Ports

Ports have been playing a very important role in the development of economy and promote social development. Since the founding of the PRC, the ports constructions have been developed quickly, especially during the more than two decades of reform and opening. However, with the developing of globalization of world economy and integration of regional economy, the international communication and international trade will be more frequent, so the throughput of ports will accordingly increase more, which just is a new challenge to the transport capacity of ports. The construction of domestic ports does not keep up with the pace of the growing throughput. The most important problem related with the construction of ports is the supply of capital. Though recent years the government constantly increases the investment capital amount, the investment percentage doesn't have obvious growth. And in ports the single investment main body, limited financing channel and un-standard financing method all will not meet the construction demand of ports in Chinese market economy system. Under this background, the research of the financing of government aimed to promote the development of ports especially makes sense.The central thought of this thesis is center on financing of government .On the basis of the professional theory of economy , geonomics , and investment-financing, the author analyzes the problems which exist in the financing system of ports ,the contradiction between the demands of ports development and the capital supply, and analyzes the innovations in the investment and financing means in foreign country, in light of the investment and financing policy.
