Design The Personal Credit Evaluation System Of Heilongjiang Province

The market economy is the credit economy,the contract economy,as well as the legal economy. Credit is the basis of market economy. And the law is the guarantee of credit. National credit, enterprise credit, and personal credit constitute the whole credit system of a nation. The personal credit is the core in the credit system. However, in China, the development of personal credit evaluation system is the core of the personal credit system. It will promote the perfection of personal credit evaluation. To set up a credit evaluation system suitable for the current economic development and the individual economy action helps to construct the personal credit honesty system.Personal credit evaluation in our country is late, Heilongjiang province as the underdeveloped area is comparatively later. So the lack of honesty and credit is all along. This thesis expounds the meaning of constructing personal credit evaluation system of Heilongjiang province, and introduces the domestic and overseas research actuality on personal credit evaluation methods. At the same time, this thesis defines some important definitions clearly, and concludes the choice principles of personal credit evaluation criteria on the basis of the overseas experiences.Then this thesis explains specifically the principles root in the personal credit evaluation method on undergraduates. Based on the data from some undergraduates using spot check, this thesis confirms this method by Principle Components Analysis and Cluster Analysis of SPSS12.0 statistics software. Combining with the reality of Heilongjiang province ,this thesis extends it to citizens and peasants ,build personal credit system of Heilongjiang province.Finally,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve personal credit evaluation system of Heilongjiang province.
