The Quality Of Export Enterprises Competitiveness

At first, on the basis of the theories of quality competence both domestic and overseas, this thesis established an entire indices system for export enterprises qulity competence evaluation through combining with status quo of export enterprises of Jiangsu province and the information about export enterprise collected from practical survey, this indices system was made up of 16 indices in all which could be divided into 5 sorts. Then a questionnaire and the method of how to extract data from it were designed for this indices system.And then, this thesis introduced several integrative evaluation methods, and compared these methods witn each other, in the phase of case study, the Principle Component Analysis (PCA) was selected to analyze and calculate the export enterprise quality competence index (EEQCI). And also using the Cluster Analysis to classify the observations into different types by the serveral principle components which figured out from PCA, this could be good at understanding the result of evaluation. All of these analysises aimed to verify the validity of this indices system and show its function of practice.Besides, through the case study, this thesis analyzed the result of evaluation according with indices system and original data to describe how high or low these observations' scores were and give them the reasons, and give some recommendations about how to improve the level of quality competence.Finally, through making cluster analysis for principle components to get some details that couldn't be got from PCA, include dividing observations into different types and explained each of them. Through this step, we could find more useful meanings about EEQCI from other new viewpoints, so more channels to improve EEQCI might be figured out.
