As the real estate market turns into a competitive realm and the buyer's behavior and psychology mature unceasingly in our country, the real estate marketing is not only paying great attention to the surface, but also advocates a kind of deeper and stranger marketing pattern. As one of China's ten strongest real estate companies, HengDa received high value from the industries for its development speed and mode. For the past nine years, HengDa has already formed its own unique marketing pattern. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to research and summarize HengDa's marketing pattern systematically and theatrically. It is not only a summary of HengDa's marketing pattern, but also an advantageous instruction for HengDa in its national work. So this article has very strong practical significance.Chapter 1The Introduction of the background and objective of the report, and the style of the author's researching and thinking was given.Chapter 2First this part elaborated the commodity and the characteristics of real estate and real estate marketing and introduced the meaning of pattern and the real estate marketing mode in this article.Then it gave out the identification of different stages in real estate marketing, discussed the development of real estate marketing. In the end, the author summarized the development trend of real estate marketing.Chapter 3Based on HengDa's actual marketing case, the article gave a summation that HengDa's marketing pattern is the compound and dynamic pattern which took the human and the environment as its marketing idea. As well as the development marketing pattern which carried on highly from the strategy and summarized the characteristics of the HengDa's marketing pattern, this part analyzed and summarized humanity marketing pattern, process marketing pattern and development marketing pattern of HengDa. It was also the main content of this article.Chapter 4In this part, the article compared HengDa's marketing with Pulte Homes Company in American and WanKe Company, addressed the immature aspects of HendDa's marketing, and provided some superficial suggestions for reference. At last, it was the summary of the article.
