A Study On The Use Of Land At The Overall Area

The author has expounded in this text, through analysis on the circumstances of dynamic changes at different locations of Shenyang City from the period of 1997-2004, also through the analysis on the structure and features of land use, that the land at the central area of Shenyang City is used efficiently; and the efficiency of urban construction land is also under continuous improvement year by year. Moreover, the understanding of local land resources at Shenyang City, the analysis on the difference of land use overall land use, all these enabled the author to discover the current challenges and problems that are pertaining to the land use at the overall area. Therefore, the author has determined, in accordance with local conditions, the principles and requirements for the land use of overall area at Shenyang City. Proper management quota and measures are adopted for the land use of overall area, as well as the design for the land division plan; finally, space control measures are proposed, thereby laying a solid foundation to the overall use at the area land in Shenyang City.
