The Research For Relationship Finance In Small And Medium-sized Private Enterprises

Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises(SMPEs) are an important factor in national economy and play a strategic role in the economic development of various countries in the world. It is generally agreed among international community of economics and academy that, SMPEs will play the leading role in economic development of the 21st century. In China, the greatest developing country in the world, SMPEs have a more prominent standing and role. But comparing the contribution to the Chinese economy, the private enterprises, especially SMPE, received little financial support. It is extremely asymmetrical. The financing contradiction of SMPE is more and more outstanding, and have already become the"bottleneck"which restricted its development.Attempt to find out the profound reasons for hindering financing development of SMPE through the research of this thesis, put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion。The thesis analyzes financing way and chose some SMPEs from A city .In the research part, we find out influence facts which is correlated with bank loan and other debt in this area through setting up plural linear return equation. The conclusion drawn is that Financing state which grow big and strong in SMPE improve to some extent, and the small business is still quite difficult in financing because there is serious asymmetric information on the credit market. The best financing way of SMPEs is Relationship Finance. Then we analyzed a typical example of Relationship Finance.This thesis analyzes the Relationship Finance in Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises by illustrating method, comparative method and financial analysis and proposed developing relationship finance is the best financing way for SMPE in the market.
