Research On System Reformation Of County(District) Checking Organizations Of Architectural Engineering In Fuzhou

Architecture industry is a basic pillar industry which is relate to the national economy and the people's livelihood, especially in the rapidly developing period of our economy. Our country has quickened the construction of infrastructure, and architecture industry plays an important part in pushing the speed of economic development. So architecture industry is in the rapidly developing period. As an important part of architecture, stress is laid on checking industry of engineering quality constantly with the improvement of people's quality consciousness. Our country's entering WTO is bound to exert a far-reaching influence on the whole architecture industry. After entering WTO, according to the international general request, checking organization of architectural engineering quality must become the third impartial service medium with independent corporate qualification, which is the idea of enterprise operation. Because its location is gradually defined, all kinds of checking units have set about changing itself. But compared with other checking organizations, the county (district) checking organizations develop very slowly because of the shortage of capital, manpower and technique caused by system of organization. With the vigorous development of architecture industry, these checking organizations are facing bigger shock, especially after entering WTO.This thesis uses positivist, comparative and documentary methods to analysis the existing problems of the county (district) checking organizations of architectural engineering quality in Fuzhou after summing up the experience of checking industry in the foreign developed countries. This thesis points out reforming thought on administrative system, law system and market system, which will bring important guiding and practicing significance of improving the county (district) checking organizations in Fuzhou to reform its system, perfecting each management system and quality guarantee system, improving industry comprehensive quality and quality management level, pledging checking quality and strengthening market rival capacity. It also provide reference for relating study on national checking work of architectural engineering quality.
