Market economy is virtually the credit economy. It's necessary to fund the social credit system for the development of the credit economy. The key point in the establishment of social credit system is collection of credit information , so the credit checking is the important part of the system of social credit and the core of establishment the credit system. In our country, during transferring to market economy, the absence of the enterprise credit is serious, so establishing the system of enterprise credit checking becomes the urgent need of constructing the social credit. This thesis proposes the basic framework of Chinese system of enterprise credit checking base on the analysis of international model of enterprise credit checking. On the base of this, the thesis studies our country's system of enterprise credit checking from several important aspects, which is establishing and perfecting our country's enterprise credit information data, standing and developing our country's credit checking industry, the government 's function in constructing the system of enterprise credit checking, and so on. This thesis analyzes the modern market economy demands to establish the mechanism of credit movement while begins from the faithful and credit problem in the establishment of our country's market economy. So we must establish the system of enterprise credit checking. At first, the thesis analyzes the significance and contents of the credit checking, and proposes the basic framework of the system of enterprise credit checking by comparing with the international system of enterprise credit checking, and studies emphatically on the following three aspect: 1. Establishing the enterprise credit information data is the precondition of guaranteeing the healthy development of the credit checking industry. This thesis analyses the ways of acquiring these information basing on the source of the enterprise credit information, and discourses and studies how to establish and perfect our country's enterprise credit information data and the specific application of the enterprise credit information data. 2. The development of credit checking enterprises is the key of the establishment of credit checking system . This thesis discusses how to standard and develop the trades of the credit checking in Chinese's enterprises from several aspects, including the carrying of the credit checking enterprises in China, the establishing of the associations of the trades of the credit checking, the standard of the trades of the credit checking in enterprises, and so on. 3. During the period of the establishment of the system of enterprise credit checking , our government plays an important role in making laws and regulations on the credit checking, coordinating the development of the trades of the credit checking, performing supervisor and management on the credit checking, carrying out the education on the credit checking, organizing the scientifically researches, and so on. Because of the total train thought doesn't make certain , all kinds of methods are on experiment .Finally the thesis takes the condition of the establishing of the system of the enterprise credit checking practicing successfully in Shanghai's as the practical analysis, and hope to discourse forward our country's system of enterprise credit checking on the connection of theorem and practice.
