Study On The Supply Mechanism Of Chinese Rural Public Goods

The supply level of the public goods is decided by the economic development level, at the same time it also decides the economic development level. The rule also applies to the villages. Currently, our villages fall behind, which closely relates to the low level of the supply of the public goods.At the beginning, the theories of the public goods are introduced simply, and then the rural public goods, the analyses of their range and function will follow.Then, the problems existed in the supply of the public goods of current village are investigated: First, the supply of the public goods, which the peasants need badly, is seriously inadequate. Second, the supply of those related to rural sustainable development is seriously short. Third, the supply of those needed less is excessive. Fourth, the supply of some inferior ones harms the peasants' benefit.Next, the reasons causing the above problems are investigated, which include the insufficient will of the nation, the lack of the collective ability and the defects of the system that the public goods are supplied by the peasants.Finally, three countermeasures to solve the above problems are discussed in detail. First, strengthen the will of the nation to supply the public goods inside the system. Then, create reasonable income sources for the villages and make the villages become the effective suppliers of the rural public goods. In addition, create reasonable Chinese rural public goods financing system.
