The Rural Public Product Demand Preference And Supply Strategy Research-taking Yuexi County In Anqing City As Example

The agriculture sector and the rural households'living standard benefits most from effective supply of the rural public goods which is the foundation of countryside development. At present, the development of the public goods supply in China's rural areas still exits the supply problems such as insufficiency, unreasonable structure and contradictions between different areas. These problems have become the bottleneck of rural areas'development. Its whether can be solved or not and how they can be effectively solved will not only be up to the quantity and quality of public goods supply in the future in rural areas, but also depend on the main provider of public goods-the governments can realize, hold and meet the demands of the rural households. The optimal supply of public goods theory shows that: to achieve optimal supply of public goods, it must give full consideration to the consumers'needs. Allowing the rural households to express their demand preferences is a prerequisite for the effective supply of rural public goods. So this article attempts to research on the rural pubic goods demand preferences based on the rural households.The paper divides into six parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly introduce the reason of this selected title and meaning of this problem of research. It also include the relevant research results at home and abroad. Chapter two defines the rural public product demand preference related concepts, introduces some theoretical knowledge be used in the process of analyze and the research technique.Chapter three divisons the rural income level according to certain standards,, and summarizes about the regional distribution. The existing public products supply be classified and sequenced according to the different income level of demand preference. our government should according to regional economic development to determine the investment structure and direction of public products by analyzing the differences in income levels on different effect of demand preferences .Chapter four basically analysis for public product demand preference of rural residents in different periods from evolution process of rural residents living consumption ,and then speculate the demand preference evolutionary direction. Chapter five chose a national poverty alleviation county- YueXi as sample analysis of local farmers'demand preference, with it for example I will give some suggestions for local public products supply strategies .It is necessary to construct a peasants' demand-led rural public goods supply system. Also, this part advances some structural arrangements about peasants' demand-led public goods supply system.The sixth part is the part for the conclusion, summarizing full text at the same time putting forward some policy proposals.
