As the economic globalization is being advanced constantly, Cross-border M&A has already replaced green land investment, has become the main way that enterprises implement and realize it's own internationalization strategy. As the up-and-coming youngster, Chinese enterprises prepare for and hit out in succession actively, have demonstrated the major case of many Cross-border M&A, thus formed a beautiful scenery .The appearance of this kind of phenomenon not only receives the masses' extensive concern but also caused the expert's great interest. So, relevant research emerges in an endless stream. This text has studied the micro-effects and macro-effects of transnational merger of Chinese enterprise emphatically on the basis of the thing that the Cross-border M&A overview of Chinese enterprise is analyzed.As regards micro-effects, this text starts with generally analyzing first, the evaluation criterion to explain micro-effects and main source, then combine the reality of enterprise's transnational merger, such as TCL, Lianxiang and Jingdongfang, etc., from the scale, technology, brand, have probed into the micro-effects of Cross-border M&A of Chinese enterprise concretely in four respects, such as benefit, etc.As regards macro-effects, this text uses Mike and Doug first --Have made simple analysis to the economic effect of enterprise's transnational merger of our country in Kenya's general model, then set up a new model, the angle merged from the intangible assets again, have made another explanation to the economic effect of enterprise's transnational merger of our country. Also analyzed finally that employment effects, industrial structure of transnational merger optimize the effect and economic competitiveness and promote the effect etc.
