Analysis Of Strategies And Models On The Game Of Indirect Financing Of Enterprises In Industrial Clusters

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the economic development in China, however the prejudice against SMEs and their own disadvantages have blocked their financing channel specialized in loan financing. According to the research, these enterprisescould be subdivided into two kinds——one outside the industrial clustersand the other inside, which has formed a different condition of indirect financing because of the special characteristics of industrial clusters. Under the condition of the dynamic game between banks and enterprises, those enterprises inside the cluster are obviously superior to those individual enterprises outside in indirect financing. Therefore, one efficient way to solve the financing problems of SMEs is to set a suitable indirect financing mode in industrial clusters, which could remove the conflict between the supply of the banks and the demand of the enterprises; and also enhance the banks to promote credit loans at present.
