The Financing Problem Research Of Small And Mediun-Sized Enterprises Under The Industrial Cluster

The industrial cluster is the objective requirement of reasonable use industrial elements and the market resources allocation and developing the industrial cluster is the inherent rule of the industrial development. Because the industrial cluster not only enhances the competitiveness of regional industry but also builds a very high social collaboration system. Currently the quantity of small and medium-sized enterprise amounts to more than 90% of the total number of enterprises which represents the direction of the China’s economic development. And the industrial cluster mainly gives priority to the small and medium-sized enterprises. Promoting the development of industrial cluster is beneficial to the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises which can reduce the pressure on employment and maintain the social stability and promote economic growth. However, in the process of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, there is a key factor which should not be ignored, namely the small the medium-sized enterprises financing problem. Therefore, the paper studies for the small and medium-sized enterprises based on the industrial cluster.Based on the above, the paper studies the financing situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the Wuhu’s auto parts industry cluster.In the process of research, there are main three aspects to be deeply discussed from multiple perspectives. Firstly, the macro environment of small and medium enterprises’ financing in China is analyzed and carries on the induction summary for the reason of financing problem. Besides, several successful models about the small and medium-sized enterprise’s financing in China are summarized. Secondly, the development and financing ways of the Wuhu auto parts industrial cluster are studied which provides the reference for promoting the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in other industrial clusters. Thirdly, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the small and medium-sized enterprises’ financing from four levels, namely the strengthening policy, improving the system guarantee mechanism, innovating financing way and promoting enterprise’s management which not only provide the reference for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises but also promote the healthy development of the small and medium-sized enterprises.The industrial cluster financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is a new way financing for the small and medium-sized enterprises and is a kind of financing innovation. The industrial cluster not only promotes the exchange of material but also promote the exchange of information among enterprises which cultivate the trust and cooperation of enterprises in the cluster. Therefore, the credit level of enterprises in the industrial cluster could be improved.In addition, the government tends to provide policy support for local industrial cluster in order to develop the local economy which could make enterprises in the industrial cluster achieve good financial environment, legal environment and social environment.
