Study Of Debts Reshuffle Of Taiwan Business In Financial Crisis

This article is about the definition of financial crisis of a business entity, the internal and external factors resulting financial crisis to a business entity, the debts reshuffle legal system of countries other than Taiwan, the legal system of business debt reshuffle in Taiwan and the practical discrepancies through literature research. Ltd. and Global Sun Technology Inc. are selected to make case study as well as analyhsis and comparison.Results of the study indicated, due to the fact that the debts reshuffle legal system in Taiwan is not of single code system and not in settlement-separation principle, it resulted in complicate procedure and the inequality in rights and obligation and the settlement procedure is overlapping in very many places. And, the causes of business entities in Taiwan suffering financial crisis, the financial structure and the strategies in debts resuffle are existed with inertia. The final result of debts reshuffle is mainly depends on the industrial niche and quality of assets in the financial structure. The next important factor is nature of debts and the last is the attitude of banks with claim and factors relating to employees.
