The Study Of Governance Structure Of Chinese Securities Investment Fund

An efficient governance structure is the basis of a securities investment fund existing and developing.On the basis of analyzing the organizational operation mechanism and Principal-Agent relationship of securities investment fund,. this thesis tries to look for and establish the best securities investment fund governance structure for our country. It is the thinking of this thesis to study the question according to fund governance actuality and developed countries'experiences.In this thesis , some methods such as evidence study , canonical study and comparative study are used .First of all , this thesis introduces predecessors'study and knowledge about securities investment fund.Then, it introduces developed countries' successful experiences and our country's actuality of fund governance structure .At last ,it offers some suggestions from three aspects of establishing efficient governance structure, reinforcing governance of the fund governance company, introducing reputation system .In this thesis , innovations lie in offering a set of suggestions about independent trustee commission including independent trustee'chosing and appointing , term of service and quantity, principles and rights, and so on . Of course ,the other innovation is to offer introducing reputation system to strengthen the fund governance .
