The Effect Of Trade Association In Industry Self-regulaion Management

Trade association is made up of the same or similar market position economic actors, which is an organization to identify and promote the public interests. It is important for the industry to guarantee the interests of companies, to accelerate the industry self-regulation, to maintain the market rule and order, to promote the self-administer level of the society. This thesis began from the industry self-regulation and government regulation, then to analyze the effect of trade association's self-regulation management, to discuss the governance mechanism of business and trade association, to describe the case of domestic industry self-regulation management to provide some experience for trade association's future development, and finally I provided some suggestions on how to improve the self-regulation level of trade and business association.
