Along with the development of the neo-economy and economic globalization, the level of logistics development has become the important measure standard for the composite national strength. The trend of diversity is rising in the field of logistics development across the world. A huge market for the third party logistic is being establishing. In domestic logistics field, there is a large gap with the developed countries in term of the infrastructure, talents cultivation and management expertise. Therefore, for China, it's the imperative to enhance the capability via learning and researching the advanced operational skill and management expertise from the developed countries. Meanwhile, the market demands which keep developing in China is appealing to the plenty of multinational logistics service provider to enter into China and participate in the fierce competition. The 3PL enterprises have to adjust their strategies according to the actual condition in market and on the basis on the analysis of strength and weakness. The overall competitiveness can be improved through setting up the new and effective strategy.The article focuses on the analysis of the competition environment faced by BH, renowned multination 3PL logistics enterprise, and the development quo status of this company as well as the current competitiveness. All these conclusions are drew on the basis of the development quo status of 3PL market in China and current business operation in BH. On the basis of learning and summarizing the theory in term of strategic management and combining the theory with practical operation, all kinds of operation-related problems which is faced by BH during the process of development can be present. During solving these problems, we can set up the new strategies and development direction and further discuss the issue from the all-round angle. One of the main parts in this article is putting forth the strategic model and implementation solution for developing the new core service products. Moreover, All of the services provided by BH are analyzed one by one in detail through the professional market analysis tools. We can establish the further development strategies for the services in BH respectively and improve the diversified strategy by considering to the national condition in China, service property and the competitiveness in the market. Finally, we present some hi-tech related solutions helpful to achieve the ultimate goal of strengthening the overall competitiveness for BH.
