Research On The Core Competitiveness Enhancement Of Guangzhou AJ Third Party Logistics Company

At present,the stabilization of the macroeconomic situation present good opportunity for f logistics industries,development of this industry can be as an important sign of a country's development and modernization.As a new light industry,leather industry plays an important role in serving the people's livelihood.So leather logistics must keep pace with the development of the situation and policies,in order to maintain the development potential in the fierce market competition in the future.With the modernization process accelerating,the degree of technology change rapidly,China's leather logistics industry is facing tremendous pressure transition,cost increase,backward technology,information system vulnerabilities,personnel quality decline,the leather industry has experiencing a bottleneck in the development of logistics.In such a case,only catching the opportunities and promoting the core competitiveness,the leather logistics can get long-term development.This paper first reviews the existing research results related to the concept of logistics management and the third party logistics enterprise's core competitiveness,and describes the present situation of the core competitiveness of the logistics at home and abroad.Also this paper summarizes the development difficulties and problems faced by the AJ logistics enterprise.Secondly,this paper uses SWOT analysis and PEST model to analysize internal and external environment of the AJ logistics enterprise,summrizes the existing problems of 5 aspects of AJ logistics enterprises,including strategic goals,technology planning,lean logistics,quality system and management ability,and using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper get a conclusion that the core competitiveness of AJ logistics enterprise is"moderate".Finally,based on the above analyses,this paper puts forward to strategies to enhance the core competitiveness of AJ logistics company,including logistics technology application,system construction,improving the quality of lean logistics and strengthening the management ability and so on.This study provides a basis for the implementation to of the core enhance competitiveness for AJ company.
