| At "2005 China Fortune Forum", president of "Revenue Bureau" Xie Xuren stated that, China will deepen the tax reform,which includes implementing construction tax and property tax to abolish relative charge. It is inevitable to impose property tax,and the timetable for it has been set up. For the lack of detailed regulations from government, there have been more and more controversy and dispute about the model of property tax system.Based on the research and understanding of different ideas, the author makes his own opinion about how to build property tax system and propositions of relevant tax reform. |
