| This thesis analyzes the outside environments including the macro environment and industry environment, which Quanzhou Guige Paper Co., Ltd. (abbreviated Guige Co. as following) faces with, on the basis of summarizing up analytical methods of enterprises'competition, competitive strategies and the theory of core competence. Internal environment of the enterprise on the relative competitive superiority by comparing it with that of its main opponents is also analyzed. Then the thesis analyzes the strategic position of Guige Co. and works out three strategic options: low cost, differentiation and integration in the light of its trade features. Based on the above study, the strategy of enterprise competition by relying mainly on the low cost competitive strategy is proposed which will improve the firm's competitive advantage. The writings finally advances one group of plans and actions about how to put into effect on the implication of the proposal strategies. |
