As the separation between the proprietary and domination of modern enterprise comes, the aim and interests differences become the focus which is followed with interest by enterprise owner and entrepreneurs. The definition of reasonable compensation incentive for entrepreneurs becomes the core substance for building effective incentive institution. However, the popular compensation incentive for the state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs exits many lacks. So the state-owned enterprises should design effective incentive institutions for the causes of compensation incentive in the light of the end of incentive measurement index, after analyzing the structure of entrepreneur compensation correctly. For this purpose the compensation incentive study of the state-owned enterprises entrepreneurs is put forward.Firstly, the paper according to compensation incentive and some theory summarizes of related empirical study supplies theory foundation for the compensation incentive empirical study of the state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs; secondly, the problems and the present conditions of the compensation incentive institution of the state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs are analyzed where these provide foundation for the compensation incentive empirical study; thirdly, through analyzing the needs and behaviors of the state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs, the game analysis model between the compensation incentives of the state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs and behavior choice is established , and also the model provides foundation for the analysis of compensation incentive causes and the design of incentive measurement index systems; fourthly, through the compensation incentive empirical study of state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs and using Principal Component Analysis and clustering analysis to classify the compensation incentive causes and incentive measurement indexes, then the empirical examination goes on for compensation incentive of entrepreneurs on the basis of the sample of the state-owned listed enterprises; lastly, according to the result of empirical examination, thecomposed plan of compensation incentive for state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs in different enterprise surrounding is put forward and some policy proposes for compensation incentive are also put forward. The compensation incentive study of the state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs in the paper has practical sense and offers the new direction for the research of compensation incentive measurement.
