Study Of Optimal Management Of Quality Cost

Based on the investigation of the characteristics of the production, the situation of the management of the cost of quality, as well as the competition situation and surviving environment of enterprises, the modern theory and method of the cost of quality were applied to search and analyze the problems existed in enterprises by means of the combination of theory and practice. For the purpose of improving the product quality, optimizing cost of quality and raising the economic efficiency of enterprises, some new ideas, approaches and strategies were put forward in the respects of exploring and researching the problems of improving the validity of the management of cost of quality.The thesis consists of five chapters. In chapter 1, the great significance of the management of cost of quality and the state of the art of cost of quality in our country were presented. In chapter 2, the general situation, theoretical basis, basic concepts and basic contents of the cost of quality was described. In chapter 3, the calculating system and collection of correlate data of the cost of quality were dealt with, the evaluating and examining index system of the management of the cost of quality was designed, and the analysis and research of the cost of quality was carried out. In chapter 4, the method of optimizing the cost of quality was demonstrated in respects of design, manufacture and cycle of product life, in order to improve the costs of prediction, appraisal, internal and external faults of enterprises, the author has put forward some feasible strategies and approaches. A valuable discussion was performed with respect of the problem of searching the best cost of quality. In chapter 5, the implementing situation of management of the cost of quality in the researched enterprise was introduced, analyzed and evaluated objectively, and some suggestions were given for improving the management of the cost of quality of enterprise.
