Research On The Theory And The Practice Of Industry Cluster Evolution

The gathering of industries have attracted much scholastic intention for the persisting competitive advantage brought by them, and the academic research about gathering of industries are also going on and on. Till now, the academic research in foreign countries includes the conception, cause of formation, characteristics, competition, and classification of the gathering of industries. The theories of gathering of industries have become one important branch of economics and administrations.When entering the 21^st century, the gathering of industries not only spread far and wide in academics, but also becomes one of prevalent models on developing economy in the local government among different countries. They all expect that they can set up the gathering of industries which can bring benefits on local economy through effective policies from government. However, on the application of the above theory of the gathering of industries as the instruction to set up it, the expected goal is usually realized and makes obvious deviations.On the practical manifestation, most successful gathering of industries are not the specific measures taken by the government. Only a tiny minority of the gathering of industries can be highly competitive guided by the government. The reason why theory cannot direct practice is the present gathering of industries theory usually implements a research to some extent and lacks systematic nature. Meanwhile, regarding the gathering of industries being static, lacking its dynamic research of developing process and isolating, which causes theories lose contact with reality. Therefore, if applying the theory of gathering of industries to direct practice, it is necessary to make a thorough investigation on the gathering of industries theory.This paper will carry out a research on the evolution process of the gathering of industries on the dynamic perspective considering the evolvement process of gatheringof industries as four different procedures. And in each procedure, its evolving routine displaysdiversities and might prematurely come into the decline period or develops well with appreciate measures.On different developing stage, behaviors of members of the gathering of industry display different traits and then determine the developing direction and evolving routine. Governments should take responds of facilitate the positive factors and restrain negativeiones. According to above researches, this dissertation aims to build a new analytical framework to offer a guideline for the practice of theories of gathering of industry.
