| In terms of essence, the market economy is the credit economy. And credit plays an important role in establishing good market and society orders. So credit problem is attracting more and more attention of society and academe. As the pillar industry in national economy, construction industry has an important impact on economy development and the stability of society, so people pay more attention to the credit problem in construction market that performs more seriously. On the background like this, doing some research on the reasons that cause the credit deficiency in construction market will have some practical meanings. In terms of theory, it is a novel angle to do research on credit forming process and the factors affecting credit forming in construction market using game theory.In this paper, four parts is included. In the first chapter, the background, purpose and meaning of the paper is introduced. Then the theory about credit is presented in second chapter, including the definition, elements and the characteristics of credit. Based on that, something about construction market credit is identified considering the characteristics of construction market. In addition, the main economic foundations of credit research are introduced, which prepares well for the following analysis.In the third chapter, the forming process of construction market credit is analyzed using game theory. And it makes a conclusion that repeated game is the basis of credit forming. Based on the conclusion, the factors affecting cooperating game equilibrium in repeated game are analyzed. Further, the factors are introduced in detail considering the characteristics of construction market.At last, the performances and the harm about the credit deficiency in construction market are summarized. And some suggestions are given on how to improve the credit level of construction market, which are based on the analysis of measures and performance having made now and the theory analysis having made before. |
