It is of far reaching importance for corporations to keep stable and continuous increasing and development.The main content and research of this paper: By extensive and deep research on the current status of domestic and oversea performance evaluation theories, based on traditional performance evaluation methods, apply DEA, which has absolute advantage in settling input-output problems, to the managing performance evaluation of faw-volkswagen; build up input-output indicator system of performance evaluation in auto industry, according to the principle and demand for construction of performance evaluation indicator system, based on the facts of faw-volkswagen, clarify the troubles in management aspects. By practical research on faw-volkswagen's performance with comparison and comprehensive analysis, find out such problems as low output level, low managing performance and weak ability of self-creation. Finally, provide strategies for improving its managing performance followed the research results.
