Improving the Organizational Climate is considered as an effective method of improving enterprise's environment, enhancing staffs' devotion, and boosting enterprises' performance. Also, it can promote the improvement of enterprise's culture. It is the essential requirement for a developing company, and the way to obtain the competition advantage. Especially when our Chinese private enterprises want to come outstanding in the competition, they must not only fully exert their advantage, overcome their disadvantage, but also adapt the scientific management theories and methods to improve the organization management properly. Besides, they construct the favorable Organizational Climate to promote the organization's performance. Many scholars have done some research on Organizational Climate, but it is still a problem that how to improve the Organizational Climate and how to promote the organization's performance through improving the Organizational Climate.This thesis starts from the research development of Organizational Climate, introduce the meaning of this research, and the related theories and research fruit between Organizational Climate and organization's performance, expatiate the differences and relations between OC and Organizational culture. In addition, analyze and conclude the Organizational Climate dimensionalities, make the definiendum of the Organizational Climate. And then, this paper analyzes the status of our Chinese private enterprises, especial the deficiencies in their Organizational Climate and Organizational culture, concludes our Chinese private enterprises' Organizational Climate characteristics, and set up the assessment standards of these enterprises' performance.Through the analysis of all the important inner factors of the Organizational Climate, reveal the becoming mechanism of Organizational Climate. After that, we design a set of paper-and-pencil survey and raise a method of analyzing Organizational Climate. We used the paper-and-pencil survey and analyzing method to survey and analyze the Organizational Climate of the branches of a private company—Z company in varies districts and got the Climate's data, the result is as the same as the analysis before. At last, I make an advanced analysis on the comparebetween enterprises of different Organizational Climate and their real performances, validate that the sub dimensionalities of Organizational Climate are correlated with organization' s performances, therefore bring up the effect model of Organizational Climate and organization's performances.
