| As reform and opening-up has gone deep constantly, the private enterprise in China has achieved outstanding success, become a critical role in the development of Chinese economy, and has a prominent position in country economy. The private enterprise's success and failure have a deep influence on the construction of socialist market-oriented economy with Chinese features. Because of history and culture and its shortcomings, integral reputation degree of the private enterprise in China is not so good, such as making and selling unqualified merchandises, taxes evading, debt evading, commercial bribery, commercial fraud, and other illegal activities in the private enterprise. Private enterprises destroy their integral image only for current advantage. Many private enterprises taste bad results of breaking faith, so how to diagnose and promote reputation also become the main problem that all private enterprises are concerning about.Firstly, through the paper's background and the current condition about both domestic and abroad, the paper illuminates academic and realistic meaning of researching. Secondly, this paper defines concept and character of the private enterprise, and interprets implication of reputation and relationship among reputation, credit and prestige. Thirdly, this paper summarizes the current situation of the private enterprise reputation in China. That is the reputation degree of the small and medium-sized private enterprise is lower and the private enterprise's reputation degree in eastern area is higher than middle and western area. This paper has demonstrated concrete appearance of the reputation lapse of the private enterprise and analyzed causes of the reputation lapse of the private enterprise from common and personal angle. Fourthly, this paper has designed flow of self-diagnosis of the private enterprise reputation: constructing organizations of self-diagnosis, investigating, diagnosing the project, implementing diagnosis the project. This paper has constituted index of self-diagnosis of the private enterprise reputation: situation of management, situation of product quality, situation of service. This paper has collected some qualitative methods that the private enterprise can adopt when they have self-diagnosis, and applied extension to self-diagnosis of the private enterprise reputation. Finally, this paper has illuminates three key processes of promoting integral reputation of the private enterprise from pyramid frame: good morality is precondition of promoting the private enterprise reputation, society should construct good environment for promoting the private enterprise reputation, and the private enterprise itself should pay attention to building reputation. |
