Along with the development of the service economy, the position and the function of service in social economy is gradually increasing. The level of service corporation reflected the degree of a country in social economy development and international competition ability. As a cell and base in service economy development, service corporation is undertaking a importance mission that settles labors, raises international competition ability and develops economy. But from the whole level of service corporation to see, The level of development not only fall behind developed country, such as Europe and America,but also Low in average degree of developing country. Our service corporation did not take the heavy responsibility completely to raise the employment rate, increase citizen's income and pull national economy growth. According to the fact of our service corportation developing, leaders of our country have already known the important function of service corporation for developing national economy and promoting international competition ability. Therefore, the development of the service corporation has already been included in our country strategic programming of the economic development. Because our service corporation is lag and the nation encourage service corporation's development, carrying on systematic research for the core competence of our service corporation, applying the research result in the developed practice of service corporation, raising the competence that participated in market competition and international competition, have become the urgent matter of our service corporation's development in the moment. In the process of carring on the systematic research to the core competence of our service corporation, service corporation need emphasize the important function of customer, analyze and research the core competence of service corporation from the internal customer loyalty and the exterior customer loyalty.This text carried on the research results of past people about customer loyalty and the core competence, compared service corporation to manufacturing corporation, generalized the character of customer loyalty in service corporation, included the concept of the service corporation and internal customer into the researching process of core competence of innovation, build up the model and the index system of the core competence in service corporation based oninternal customer loyalty and exterior customer loyalty. In the process of building up the model and index system of the core competence in service corporation, used the method of theories analysis and cases analysis. Used theories analysis method, indicated the characteristic that core competence should have. Used cases analysis method, understanded the composing of the core competence in.service corporation. In the research of theory and practice, finally build up the model and the index system of the core competence in service corporation based on customer loyalty.
