Along with economical globalization and science and technology rapid development, people's living standard enhances increasingly. The consumer to product demand that become diversified and personalized as well as the consumption quantity massive increased, has caused product life cycle reducing and the productivity sharp increasing. Thus it has produced the massive worn out goods, has created social resources drying up and the environment worsening. The economic interest, public's expectation as well as the legal restriction causes the manufacturers to be able not only to extend own responsibility to the product entire life cycle but also to construct the product recycling network. That it is the reverse logistics network. Therefore, the reverse logistics becomes the academic circles and the theorist's research hot spot. Of course, the reversion physical distribution network design is the key point in the reverse logistics system. At present, there had many scholars to conduct the research to the reverse logistics, but the majority of research results all concentrate in overseas; Domestic research results are very few to the reverse logistics research, in particular, from closed loop supply chain angle.This article has researched the reversion physical distribution network design from the closed loop supply chain angle. Firstly, this article has carried on a comprehensive introduction to the reverse logistics. Next, in this foundation, it constructed a five level of closed loop supply chain system; This system contained five network points, that is the producer, the retailing center, the examination center, the discarded procedure, the retail merchant. Thirdly this article found a stochastic mixed integer mathematical model that take the overall cost minimum as the goal to this system; the model has considered the plant, the retailing center, the examination center construction cost. Moreover it has contained the reversion physical distribution transportation cost, more importantly it has contained the waste product processing cost. Most of all, this model has manifested the reverse logistics uncertainty. To this model, this article gives the simulated annealing algorithm and Witness simulated method.Finally, the paper has made the summary to the full text work, analyzed the existence question and the flaw, and has made the forecast to the next research work direction. Simultaneously I hope that the discussion and the conclusion about the reverse logistics network design in the text can help the enterprise what want toestablish own reverse logistics network.
