Research On Simulation Of Flowshop Scheduling Based On Group Technology

The reasonable configure and optimizing of enterprise mostly embody the produce activity of workshop layer. So enhancing produce plan and control of workshop layer is most important to produce and manage activity of enterprise.The core theory of workshop produce plan and control is scheduling theory.The scheduling of workshop is an important combinational optimization problem. In order to adapt the need of ordering type, multi-varieties, small-volume production, we introduced the concept of group technology. Under the assumption of group technology, the setup times is greatly decreased or even avoided and also the productivity is increased.So,under the group technology,researching the workshop scheduling is very necessary.According to the different goal of enterprise,this paper considers the flow shop scheduling problem within the group technology.Firstly,this paper has carried on a comprehensive introduction to the theroy of flowshop sechduling with group technology.Next,talking about the influence factor on the flow shop scheduling problem within the group technology. Simultaneously,with differernt goal of flowshop,the paper build the mathematical programming model about minimize the makespan,the total tardiness,earliness-tardiness penalties,and give the constraints.Thirdly when the objective function is the makespan,this paper uses two layer simulation strategy,and build simulation model on within-group and between-group through the software of Witness.Moreover,with the optimize module of Witness,this paper optimizes and analyses the total tardiness and earliness-tardiness penalties through simulated annealing algorithm.Finally,the paper has made the summary to the full text work,analyzed the existence question and the flaw,and has made the forecast to the next research work direction. Simultaneously I hope that the discussion and the conclusion about flowshop scheduling within group technology in the text can help the enterprise what want to make workshop produce plan and control.
