July 21st, 2005 is a meaningful day for China FX history, because reform of exchange rate regime is announced that day. China has moved to a managed float exchange rate regime, with reference to a basket of currencies. It is not only a milestone to our FX market, but also a good opportunity for the development of our FX derivatives market. It is becoming an urgent topic to study and explore the further development of China FX derivatives market, based upon the state quo of China and couples of years'experiences of the global market.The Main body of this thesis consists of four chapters with its structure as follows:Chapter I: General description of the whole thesis. It includes the reason for studying this topic, the research of the internal and external, the structure arrangement and study method etc. Also it is mentioned some basic theory on FX derivatives market.Chapter II: Make an introduction to the FX derivatives market of China, which concludes three parts—a general review on the development history of China FX derivatives market, an analysis on the necessity and feasibility of further development in our FX derivatives market.Chapter III: Make a summary on the development experience of the global FX derivatives market from the micro-angle and macro-angle separately, in order to grasp key points which will be helpful to China.Chapter IV: Primary thought and specific suggestions on deepening the development of China FX derivatives market, which is the most important part of this paper. It is parted in two. The former is about the development skeleton and route of China FX derivatives market and the latter brings forward some good suggestions on the development of FX derivatives market, which is relevant to China.
