Stakeholders Study In The Ecotourism Management Of Nature Reserves

The Stakeholder Theory originated from management and then was gradually introduced into the field of tourism research.It is purposed to discuss how to develop a balance among stakeholders' benefits,and finally maximize their benefits in the tourism planning and management.The stakeholders' coordination and uniformity in the value preference play a key role in the course of tourism development.Using related studies on the Stakeholder Theory in tourism field for reference,this paper took the Stakeholder Theory into the ecotourism mannagement in Songshan Nature Reserve.The author investigates typical stakeholders in the management of the Nature Reserve —managers, operators, tourists and the local residents, and analyzes their relationships in Songshan Nature Reserve. Based on this, proposes some measures to optimize the management and relize the sustainable development of Songshan Nature Reserve.
