The Present Condition And Counterplan Of Our Country's Venture Capital

Venture capital is also called venture investment or fund for work of innovation ,under this investing way ,the investors mainly invest toward the high-tech and fast growing starting business by holding stock right ,at the same time ,the venture investors are willing to provide management and consultation service for starting businesses , by which ,these investors will obtain a long-term interest through transfer the stock right when the starting business grows up. As a special "investment and finance mechanism ,the biggest achievement of venture capital is to combine new knowledge, new ideas and capital directly ,and attributing to the transformation of new ideas toward productivity .Venture capital has been the boost of development of high-technology .Venture capital has had a history of fifty to sixty years in the developed countries .But in china ,venture capital is still in the beginning phase, the soft environment for venture capital is still insufficient . In order to speed up the industrializing process of our new and high-technology , boosting the economy growth continuously ,this paper analyses the venture capital in china systematically ,at the same time ,leam from the successful experience of America, Britain and Taiwan province ,and put forward suggestions to promote the venture capital in china to develop persistently and healthily .There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is introduction ,this chapter analyses the impulse of economy growth on the background of knowledge-based economy society, demonstrates the logic among economy growth, technology progress and venture capital ,and point out the significance of this paper. Sum up the research literatures about venture capital macroscopical mechanism.The second chapter introduce the definition, characteristics and function mechanism of venture capital ,and analyses economy principal of venture capital from the viewpoints of budget restriction weakness and contract theory.The third chapter analyses the process and current status of venture capital in America, Britain and Taiwan province ,sum up their successful experience as the reference of our country to develop venture capital.The fourth chapter is the keystone of this paper, introduce the process and current situation of venture capital in china ,analyses the problems of venture capital such as withdrawing of capital , the laws and rules , fund source and investment organization, and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
