Based on these hypotheses, this paper provides the theoretical frame of real estate enterprise financing ecosystem, and instructed by this, deeply analyze the present situation and problem of Chinese Real Estate enterprise financing system. Then make a comparison with that of America, and put forward demonstration basis for how to perfect the financing environment in China real estate industry.The concrete chapters of this paper are as following:Introduction department analyze the main purpose and significant meaning of this paper, summarize the present research situation of real estate financing problem, and come up with overall project of the study.The first chapter is theory exploration. Begin with the natural ecosystem theory, the paper reviews research that ecosystem applied in economic area, compare the similarities betweens natural ecosystem and real estate enterprise financing system, and hence comes the concept of real estate enterprise financing ecosystem. Based on these, this chapter further puts forward the theoretical frame of real estate enterprise financing ecosystem. This laid the groundwork for the analysis research of Chapter Two and Chapter Three.The second chapter focus on present situation analyzes.
