Study On The FDI Industrial Structure Rationalization Analysis And Countermeasures Of Guangdong Province

During the process of world economic integration, the potential massive marketing demands of China attract large FDI, and they play important roles for the rapid economic growth of China. Because of the different opening orders of different industries, there is corresponding deviation on the FDI industrial structure. However, as China has joint the WTO, we promise opening all the industries gradually and arriving out preferential precise, so there are important practical and theoretical meanings to study the rationalization of FDI industrial structure and give feasible suggestions for optimizing FDI industrial structures.This prefer first expounds the progress and accomplishments of using FDI in and abroad, and finds there are few studies on optimizing FDI industrial structure, and there should be practical and theoretical meanings to study this aspect. This paper tries to set GuangDong Province—which is the earliest opening area—as an example to analyze the optimization of FDI industrial structure.There are five chapters in this paper. Chapter 1 expounds the definitions of FDI and the studying purpose, meanings and methods.Chapter 2 expounds the progress and accomplishments of using FDI in and abroad. Through corresponding analysis, this paper deems though there are rich accomplishments on the FDI theories & practices and each has his strong point, there are still few studies on optimizing FDI industrial structure, especially on quantifying analysis. So this paper tries to set this point as the keystone.Chapter 3 uses time-series-analysis to study the development process of FDI in GuangDong Province, and on the basis of this, the chapter studies the characters of industrial distribution and regional distribution of FDI in GuangDong Province.Chapter 4 uses the SSM and the Grey-System-Connection Method to study the advantages and disadvantages throughout the ration and the relationship with local economics development of the FDI industries in GuangDong Province.Chapter 5 gives several counter measures in view of the aforesaid analysis.
