Research For Optimization Of Master Production Scheduling Based On Flexible Manufacture

Flexible manufacture becomes the trend of modern industry. Master production scheduling optimization decision-making model and method based on flexible manufacture is put forward in this paper。Establish the model of regression using support vector machines to forecast the requirement of product and the model of randomization programming to decide the just production quantity. Take a casting company as an example to research the optimization of master production scheduling. The type of production decides the way of production planning; it is necessary to discuss the type of production at first in this paper. And give a new point about the type of production for the casting company based on the character of process of the casting, for it has three kinds of production such as custom-made, small mass-produced and mass-produced, in the same time, manufacture to order is the fundamental mode in casting company. A solution for the optimization of MPS in casting company is put forward.
