The purpose of the research is to introduce Global Value Chain theory into constructionindustry, and put forward constructive upgrading strategies for China construction industry'sinternationalization development with innovative management perspective, so as tocontinuously promote China construction contractor's international competitive edge. By themethodologies of value chain, systematic, contrastive and empirical analysis, the researchestablishes the theory framework of Construction Global Value Chain.
