Study On Financial Risk Early-warning And Precaution Of City Electric Power Company

Electric power enterprises are state-owned and monopolized, which play the role as government agencies. The situation leads to weak awareness of financial risk, and unsound risk management system. Therefore, there is much weakness in financial management in electric power enterprises, especially in some enterprises, such as cost management is out of control, financial risk control is not suitable, an all-around financial budget system with the core of financial budget management hasn't been set up, and information management work is lagging behind. As social market economy is perfecting and electric industry reform is deepening, the way to enhance financial management and improve awareness of risk prevention has become the priority in electric power enterprises. The paper is based on the practical economic activities in the city electric supply company, discusses financial risk from several aspects: electric marketing risk, cost control, capital management, fixed assets management, project management , budget and so on, and then analyzes warning indicators and presents warning measures to make sure that in the city electric power supply company the financial risk is found out ,prevented and dissolved in time.
