Meanwhile, since the leadership with Xi Jinping, the new general secretary of the CPC Central Committee leadership is formed, the anti-corruption requirements of various industries also continue to strengthen. In power industry,the problem of corruption is endless. Prevent financial risks, this issue has become one of the power industry's current focus. As China's basic energy industry, power companies are steady and healthy development of relations to people's livelihood and social stability of the major issues. If the power companies financial crisis occurred, directly affect the daily lives of citizens being, the market economy has brought serious damage, even will bring incalculable catastrophic consequences for the whole society, and even national. Because the special status based on the power industry, and all of the upper socio-economic development stand on it, and thus relatively general business, financial risk management and the control of power companies is even more important and necessary.Therefore, this article focus from financial risk electricity companies as a starting point, we choose in all the 52 power companies China A-share listed as the research object to cash flow indicators model, using multivariate logistic regression model, these power enterprises Financial difficulties were predicted concluded obtained relatively accurate early warning model power industry, in order to achieve early warning, prevention of financial risks purpose in power industry. And on this basis, for different financial risks, this paper presents risk response, control strategies and recommendations to prevent the risk of the occurrence of the problem, in order to ensure that the power of business interests and social state is not damaged, and access to safe, stable long-term economic and social benefits.
